In the kitchen of Marcial dishes are prepared that have their roots in the gastronomic tradition of these lands, made with the excellent raw material of this County. The most highlighted specialties are the “Roast Lamb” and “Roast piglet” of Segovia; wonderful red meats of Ávila and also dishes such as “Beans from La Granja”, the traditional “Castilian Soup” and good fresh fish of the season. To accompany all these dishes good salads are prepared and, to finish, rich homemade desserts such as “Rice pudding”, “Homemade Cake”, “Homemade junket” or “Custard” that put a sweet touch for such a good meal. To drink we have references of the most highlighted denominations.
It offers a good diary menu with 5 dishes to choose- always in the menu there are dishes of meat and fish. It is also worth to highlight in the menu, “Knuckle in the oven” and the “Oxtail”. On Thursday and on Sunday we prepare the delicious “Paella”.
